Solo Dios Puede...

We set off for the mission trip with hopes and plans, and watched God work out all the details. There were many moments during the trip where a moment of grace answered a moment of apprehension. I found that the language barrier diminished with both time and effort, and also thanks to the patience of our Dominican friends. The children were open, curious, and kind, and very eager to try their English as they wondered at our Spanish. In every case, God's grace completed the sentences and joined our hearts. We watched God move in miracles large and small. God's grace met us at every turn...
Gracias en todo, Gracias Dios

I love this picture of you too lisa. Your can see you warmth and love. You did some amazing things on this trip. I am so sorry I didn't get the chance to see you walk in the ocean. I remember you telling me of your dream of walking before the trip and it really touched me at my core. I'm so glad you dream came true.
Lisa, I have seen many, many photographs of you. However, this is without a doubt the most joyful, loving, open photograph of you that I have ever seen. I hope that you can keep that lovelight shining in your beautiful face throughout your life to come!
